Buzz Word Bingo!

For shits and giggles, I’m going to plug a couple of buzz words together that are only moderately related. Then write a short blurb about it.
Wearable Gaming: Now there’s an idea Nintendo hasn’t tried yet. Wearing rather than holding, a system to play video games. It would probably stem from some sort of altered reality game, so you can escape the fact that you look goofy in a wearable gaming system.
Multi Media Multiplayer Online Game: How about a game where all actions and gameplay are the result of content creation by the players? Bards would design and play guitar hero like riffs. Warriors would use drum-beats, (wardrums) mages would code scripts/macros to cast spells. or some other stuff. be like an MMO version of Audiosurf and Tales of Symphonia.
Single Player Online Game: This is whats already being done by Spore, So you get the idea.
Thats all i can think of. Tell me if you think of any more.
